We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable federal, state, and local eligibility requirements for the purchase of firearms parts and accessories. Valinor Arms reserves the right to cancel any order if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Certain products sold by Valinor Arms, including serialized lower receivers, are regulated components under federal law and must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer.
Non-regulated components such as furniture, handguards, and accessories may ship directly to your address, subject to applicable state laws.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or eligibility concerns.
Payment is processed securely through Authorize.net. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically but do not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders if fulfillment is not possible, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Sales tax will be collected where required by applicable law. You are responsible for any applicable state or local taxes not collected by us.
We ship within the contiguous United States only. Regulated components ship exclusively to FFL dealer addresses. We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where the purchased item is prohibited by local law — it is the buyer's responsibility to verify local legality before ordering.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Valinor Arms is not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-regulated items in original, unused condition with original packaging. Regulated components (serialized receivers) are non-returnable once transferred through an FFL unless defective.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valinor Arms, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our products or Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.
You waive any objection to venue in such courts and consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
