We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, subject to applicable state and local laws. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the product you are ordering is legal to purchase, possess, and receive in your state and locality before placing an order. Orders shipped to addresses in states where the item is restricted will be cancelled and refunded.

Due to the handcrafted, precision nature of our products, shipping and production times vary by item and will be clearly stated on each product's description page at the time of purchase.

For FFL transfers, shipment does not begin until we receive a valid, current copy of your FFL dealer's license. Delays in FFL documentation will extend the timeline accordingly.

Once your order is ready for shipment, we ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed — Valinor Arms is not responsible for delays due to weather, high volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Regulated components ship exclusively to licensed FFL dealer addresses regardless of shipping method selected.

To complete a regulated order:

• Identify a licensed FFL dealer near you who accepts transfers
• Obtain a copy of their current FFL license (signed and dated)
• Email the FFL copy to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line
• We will verify the FFL and ship to their address of record on the license
• You complete the NICS background check and Form 4473 at the FFL dealer upon pickup

FFL transfer fees charged by your dealer are your responsibility and vary by dealer. Valinor Arms has no control over and does not set FFL transfer fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS or FedEx website using this number.

For FFL transfers, the tracking number will show delivery to your FFL dealer's address. Your dealer will contact you when the shipment arrives and is ready for pickup.

If your shipment arrives damaged, do not accept it — note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and damage.

If a shipment is lost in transit (no delivery scan within the expected window), contact us and we will initiate a carrier trace. Lost shipment claims must be filed within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking information until delivery is confirmed.

Certain products may not be shipped to specific states or localities due to local law restrictions. It is your responsibility to verify local legality. Orders to restricted jurisdictions will be cancelled and refunded. We currently identify the following as requiring special attention:

• California: Various restrictions on firearm parts — verify compliance before ordering
• New York / New Jersey / Massachusetts / Connecticut / Maryland: State-specific restrictions may apply
• Illinois (Cook County): Local ordinances may restrict certain components
